Even a week after the accident, it still had Ramsay shaken up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>posterposter<br>\u201cThis week I had a really bad accident while riding my bike in Connecticut,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI\u2019m doing ok and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries but I am a bit bruised up looking like a purple potato.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramsay, who is an avid cycler, explained the importance of wearing a helmet no matter how \u201cshort the journey is\u201d or the fact that helmets cost money because they\u2019re \u201ccrucial.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-main.newsner.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2024\/06\/17153853\/shutterstock_2177092469-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:526px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m lucky to be standing here. I\u2019m in pain. It\u2019s been a brutal week, and I\u2019m sort of getting through it,\u201d Ramsay said as he lifted his shirt to reveal a massive bruise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hell\u2019s Kitchen star also included before and after photos from his accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m so glad Gordon Ramsay is okay.
